Take out the guesswork, gain accountability, and see results with personal training in Evansville and Newburgh at all BFit locations.

A certified personal trainer in Evansville and Newburgh locations will meet with you to create a customized plan based on your goals. They will then work with you each session, giving you a specific workout, coaching, and encouragement. Training subscription includes unlimited InBody scans!

Evansville personal training programs are a great fit for anyone who:

Eli is a licensed massage therapist (Bodyworks Massage Institute) and certified strength coach/personal trainer (CSCS) with a passion to help clients increase their quality of life through massage therapy.

Whether you’re an athlete, have an active lifestyle, or are a fitness newcomer, sports and therapeutic massage can help you relieve pain, reduce tension and inflammation, and increase your mobility.
