Skill Level and Session Schedule
Child's Current Age and Skill Level (Select only 1)
- LEVEL I (Inexperienced. Unable to swim or float without assistance. Skills may include water awareness, water safety, entering and exiting pool, kicking, breath control, submersion, and jumping in water to instructor.)
- LEVEL II (Comfortable in and under water. Able to float unassisted. May or may not be able to swim/paddle unassisted. Skills may include water safety, head bobs, rhythmic breathing, arm movements, floating on front and back, combining kicking and arms.)
- LEVEL III (Able to float unassisted on both front and back. Able to swim short distances of 5-15 meters. Skills may include water safety, beginning stroke techniques for freestyle, elementary back, and backstroke.)
- LEVEL IV (Mastered basic swimming skills. Able to skillfully swim distances of 25 - 50 meters. Skills may include water safety, stroke techniques for breakstroke, sidestroke and butterfly, sculling and treading water.)
- LEVEL V (Knowledge of all major strokes. Able to skillfully swim distances of more than 50 meters. Skills would focus strictly on enhancing stroke technique with emphasis on speed and endurance.)

[PAYMENT OPTION 1] PRIVATE LESSON PAYMENT DETAILS ($25/lesson members, $30/lesson non-members). Please enter name below as a digital signature to acknowledge agreement of terms.
Cost for 30-minute session is $25 members, $30 non-members. 8-lesson pack is $180 members, $216 non-members. Amount due is paid on day of first session. 24-hr notice for cancellation/rescheduling required.
[PAYMENT OPTION 2] SEMI-PRIVATE LESSON (2-3 people) PAYMENT DETAILS ($16/lesson members, $20/lesson non-members). Please enter name below as a digital signature to acknowledge agreement of terms.
