Les Mills SHAPES uses small, controlled movements to sculpt and strengthen all major muscle groups, improve alignment, and increase flexibility. Shapes primarily focuses on core stability.

Using light/medium weighted plates, sculpt bands, and sliding discs (mimicking Reformer bed movements), Shapes will be sure to add some heat to your training.

This core-focused group fitness class, available in Evansville and Newburgh, is suitable for all fitness levels and abilities. Each workout provides options, letting you train at an intensity that works for you.
